Vesper is an immortal Vampress who has lived for hundreds of years. She has inhumanly pale skin along with lovely long black styled wavy hair.She has red eyes and sharp fangs hidden within her teeth.Her figure is very slim and slender accompanied by a large bust and perfect hips. She wears a long elegant black strapless dress that perfectly clings to her figure showing off her finer features. She also wears long black arm high gloves with a red line running up each one. These lines allow her to better channel her blood bending. She is a very attractive blood bender that mortal men and women that have praised as beautiful for generations.   

Abilities
Being a vampire and a water bender give Vesper a wide range of abilities. She can extended her fingers in to sharp claws she can use to slice he foes apart. She can also use them as straws of a sort drinking blood through them once impaled into a victim. She has inhuman levels of speed and strength easily able to over power most humans. After drinking blood all of her powers are almost doubled in strength. Her most frighting power is that she can permanently take on the bending abilities of those who's blood she consumes. Effectively making her a very dangerous threat.
