Mistral sighed slightly, clearly saddened that the young firebender had little friends in the city.
"Perhaps when we go out sightseeing tomorrow, we could meet some others. No-one should be alone in a city this large." Mistral replied, a warm smile on her face, clearly committed to helping Kieran.

"Well, that sounds delicious, but I've always been more of a fan of soup." Mistral replied, quietly, a gentle smile on her face as she called a waiter over and ordered their meals, her own being a simple vegetable soup.

"W-well.. I had planned to go sight-seeing for the next week or so. You.. w-want to join me?" Mistral asked, once again over the top of her menu, using it to hide her embarrassment, this making it easier for her to speak to the cute firebender she sat with.

Mistral's previously happy expression turned into one of surprise and horror at this news, and she shook her head rapidly, clearly unable to accept this situation, her natural kindness and innocence unable to let such a friendly man be homeless in this big city.

"No chance! You shouldn't be staying outside in the cold! Y-you can stay here with me! There's plenty of room." Mistral said, determinedly, before she realized exactly what she had said, and her face suddenly bloomed in a bright-red blush, the shy waterbender realizing what her words implied.
"I-I meant, I-I can stay on the couch. I-it's a big apartment, a-and everything." She added, desperately trying to salvage her mistake, a look of pure embarrassment on her face, along with the blush.

"O-only a day or so. I'm staying at the Uncut Diamond Inn, for now. I-it's a rather nice place." Mistral replied, glancing over to give the firebender a smile, as they neared the entrance of her temporary place of accommodation.

Mistral's face burned up in a bright blush in response to his comments, it almost sounded like he was.. asking her out on a date. The prospect at once excited and terrified the young waterbender. She'd never been on a date before, after all, and Kieran was rather cute, and friendly.

A wide smile eventually broke out on Mistral's face through her heavy blush, and she nodded, gently.
"Y-yes, th-that sounds lovely. Th-the hotel where I'm staying has a nice resteraunt. Um.. i-if you want to go there, I mean." Mistral replied, after a few seconds of thought, twiddling her fingers nervously while she waited for his response.

Mistral just listened quietly, before looking over in interest as Moyasu climbed her arm.

Grinning, she reached out her other hand to tickle the lizard under the chin, clearly a fan of animals.
"Oh, he's so cute! Moyasu, you said his name was?" Mistral asked, looking up from patting the lizard, a wide smile on her pretty features.

Mistral simply listened in curiosity, tilting her head slightly and watching his expression to see if he was telling the truth.
He certainly seemed to be, and Mistral was always a trusting sort anyway, so she only nodded interestedly, smiling a little, clearly not blaming him for the nation of his upbringing or the style of his bending.

"A-and what made you come to Ba Sing Se, then?" Mistral asked, smiling a little at him, only curiosity in her voice, no fear or anger.
