Ba Sing Se. It's the impenetrable city. The Capital city of the Earth Kingdom. It's divided up into three levels. The Lower Ring is home to the poor classes.The Middle Ring of Ba Sing Se contains the city's middle-class populace and the most affluent of the three rings, the Upper Ring contains the city's upper class population.
